Examination Cell
The Examination Cell at KKTM Govt College consists of the Chief Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent and four other members. The service of the non-teaching staff is also available for the proper conduct of the examination. The Examination cell is responsible for the conduct of examination for students of the college and as well as private candidates registered under the University of Calicut. There are Computers and a Printer cum reprographic machine in the examination cell. The question papers are available in the university examination portal 2 hours before the commencement of the examination which can be downloaded via OTP from the college mail. The invigilation schedules are systematically prepared by the Examination Cell. Seating arrangements is made well in advance and displaced in the notice board one hour before the commencement of the examination. CCTV cameras are being installed in all examination rooms to record all the activities within the examination rooms. All time recording facility is also available at the examination office. The invigilators and the internal squad both comprise of faculty members of the college. The invigilators are responsible for the distribution, conduction, and collection of question papers in their respective examination rooms. The squad restricts and checks the usage of unfair means during the examination. The teaching and non-teaching staff seamlessly coordinates in submission of examination copies in the examination control room immediately after the exam and non-teaching staff helps in sealing those answer sheets before dispatching them to the University. When the examinations are over, question papers are uploaded in the google drive of the respective departments and the same will be uploaded on the college website for the use of students. The examination related grievances are dealt effectively and quick communication of grievances to the University for their redressal is done by examination cell which acts as a bridge between the University and the student.
