ED Club activities of this year was started with the formal inauguration of the Club by Dr. Anitha I, respected principal of the college on 6-11-2019.
Dr.Nesy E.A., Vice Principal presided over the meeting. Sri. Naushad T.A., PTA Vice President felicitated on the occasion. Then there was a talk by Dr. Jayasree Paul, NSS Programme Officer of P.M. Govt. College, Chalakudy on the subject ‘Entrepreneurship Development.’ Sri. Ullas M.A., Coordinator of the ED Club expressed vote of thanks.
On 11-12-2019 a training programme was conducted for the members of ED Club. The progoramme was teaching the making of LED bulb chains in different lengths and different colours.
All The programme was led by Sri. Narayanan Arimpully. He taught the students how to use soldering iron, how to find out the positive and negative ends of bulbs etc. and also to use capacitor and resistance in a chain. They produced chains and demonstratedthe participants were benefited by this class.
The expenditure towards this year’s classes so far is Rs. 2000/- The club plans to conduct one more training programme during March 2020 and an industrial visit during the third week of March.
