New Academic Block (KIIFB)

An academic block under KIIFB funding of Rs. 6.22 crore and the construction is in progress. Improvement of Play Ground,a synthetic tennis court and landscaping works are also included in this.

Ladies Hostel

A ladies hostel is under construction with financial assistance from UGC and State Government

Solar Street Light

The KKTM Govt. College comprises 6 solar street light installed at key areas in the campus. One solar street light donated by Binu Mol T.V. ,Associate Professor of Department of Computer Science, KKTM Govt. college was installed at the T junction in the main entrance and five were brought from the CDC fund.

Disabled-friendly (barrier-free) environment

A wheel chair had been donated to KKTM Govt College by a faculty team (Sarita VC Assistant Professor of History, Binu Mol T.V Associate Professor of Computer Science, Harikrishnan Assistant Professor of History, Aneesh Assistant Professor of History, Dr. Nija Assistant Professor of History, Dr Suma Associate Professor of Chemistry) of KKTM college for making the college disabled friendly in the occasion of World White Cane Day on 11-10-2022.

Built environment with ramps

Ramps are available in the Main block, science block and office

Male -08, Female – 13.(Yearly maintenance using PTA Fund). Renovation of another 2 toilets for men under RUSA fund.

A women amenity centre has constructed by RUSA assistance.It is well maintained using P.D.Fund.

Rainwater harvest system

A Rainwater harvest system from Library building to well using Matching Grant.Rainwater harvesting tank with capacity 25000 litre water in the campus and another one situated on staff quarters. Water treatment plant with R.O. System was installed by Alumni. Water cooler were also installed in all buildings and exam halls.
